Which terminal will you arrive at?

Tan Son Nhat has separate buildings for domestic and international flights. Please tell us your flight number and terminal so the driver waits at the correct arrivals exit — this is the single detail that prevents most airport mix-ups.

T1

Terminal 1 — Domestic

Domestic arrivals from Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang and other Vietnamese cities.

Exit the arrivals hall and walk to the pick-up area in front of the terminal; the driver waits there with your name.

T2

Terminal 2 — International

All international arrivals: immigration, baggage claim and customs are completed in this terminal.

After customs, continue to the arrivals hall exit. The driver waits outside the exit door with a name sign, or calls you once you are through.

Terminal 3 — Domestic (new terminal)

Newer domestic terminal used by several Vietnamese carriers — check your boarding pass or airline app before travelling.

Yes. The vehicle and driver are arranged for your group only. There is no shared seating and no additional pick-up along the way.

Airport

Where will the driver meet me at SGN Airport?

The meeting point is agreed with you before your arrival day — normally just outside the arrivals hall of the domestic or international terminal. You receive the exact instructions and the driver's phone number once the trip is confirmed.

Can I book a private car from SGN Airport to Vung Tau?

Yes. This is one of our most frequent transfers: a private car and driver from Tan Son Nhat International Airport directly to your hotel or address in Vung Tau, around 125 km and roughly two hours depending on traffic.

Can I travel from SGN Airport to Ho Tram?

Yes. We drive from the airport directly to the resort entrance in Ho Tram, approximately 130 km and around two and a half hours.

Can I travel from SGN Airport to Long Hai?

Yes. Long Hai is served from the airport as a private door-to-door transfer, and the trip can continue to Ho Tram, Ho Coc or Binh Chau during your stay.

Can I book an airport transfer in the opposite direction?

Yes. Departure transfers from Vung Tau, Ba Ria, Long Hai, Ho Tram and Phu My back to Tan Son Nhat Airport are arranged the same way. Tell us your flight time and we plan the pick-up time with you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please send us your flight number and the updated arrival time as soon as you know it. The pick-up is then coordinated using the agreed flight information. Any change to the arrangement is confirmed with you directly before the trip.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage travels with you in the same private vehicle. Tell us how many large suitcases and carry-on bags you have and we confirm a vehicle with enough space before the trip.

Which vehicle should I choose for my group?

A 4-seat car suits 1–4 passengers with light luggage; a 7-seat SUV or MPV suits 5–7 passengers or a smaller group with several large suitcases. Larger groups use the 9-seat limousine, 16-seat van, or 29- and 45-seat coaches.
